During the 18th centruy the origin of fondue began in Switzerland as a way to use aged cheeses and stale or hardened bread to feed families who had limited access to fresh foods during the harsh winters.  Over the years Simply Fondue has perfected the use of imported chocolates and cheeses as staple fondues.  In addition to the delicious and unique cheese and chocolate fondues, Simply Fondue has crafted delicious entree fondues using  prime beef tenderloin, fresh seafood, and free-range poultry...all prepared at the table using our delicious house-made dipping sauces and batters.
